No, I have been told to get http request header values(like name value pairs in a request) so as to get user name and password from single sign on to authorize the user.

I would like to use htmleditorextender to insert hyperlink.
I am not sure whether to insert hyperlink or any other control.
All I want is to insert a text and highlight it to submit it to database so that when the user looks at it, it should look like a link and
when he clicks it should populate the data(lets say call a stored procedure).
How do I do this?

If I search for keyword, it has to search the database because the text of the doc is in database and the doc is populating(its not a static doc)from DB when we are trying to view.
I have no Idea how do I do this?

can we keep the hyperlinks in database?
My Scenario:
There is content in a row in db and when user clicks the link the a HTML DOC is rendered by populating the content from the database and there are multiple docs related to this rendered doc.
so can we keep the related docs links along with the content in that row of content.

Just like this site we are using for posting and reply, but this is static text.
I want this text to be loaded from database when I click on the link.

I don't have the code right now.We are about to complete the database design and I want to know how to do this because we previously have the the link to doc(which is static and the doc is sitting in content database of sharepoint) and all we doing it right now is taking the content of the doc and putting in sql server database. so I have lot of list views which when clicked should render a doc populating it from database everytime.I want to know, do we keep the hyperlink in database? or how do we do it?
