Thank you very much "Michael dg".. it's a little risky doing it with a tinyurl, but the good new is that it worked.. Lets hope the service is up and running 24/7 :)

sorry.. you have to be more specific.. can you give me an example..
but I decided to give the tinyURL a shot, seeing that I have no other alternative

unfortunately no. I can't use a tinyurl service because my url will always have different variables in it. And besides I know from a fact that you can't rely on a free tinyurl. I can't allow my site to brake because it has payment

your client computer needs a runtime framework for VS2008. That worked for me. I spend a whole day at this.. and it keeped giving this error. then I just installed this http://resources.businessobjects.com/support/additional_downloads/runtime.asp#09 and it fixed everything
