Browser will not send client full path. It is achieved using javascript

SELECT CONVERT(DATETIME,GETDATE(),108) use this in sql and store in variable and then bind in SSRS.
Otherwise you have to concatenate Year-Month-Day hh:mm:ss in ssrs

Generate report can be done using Subscription in SSRS.Also let me know you want to send the generated report or status of the report generation?

Place On Text Box "No Record" in expression and show/hide the text box based on the dataset by using the expression =iif(First(Fields!Activities.Value, "DataSet1")="",True,false) in Hidden property under Visibility Category

I am using SSRS 2008. The same subscription is working properly, if we keep the file render format as Excel, but fails in case of MHTML

It is not related with network issue. from the same server some of the email susbscription is working properly.
