I downt know what do I do? and who can retrive image after it was save

i have 2 page
one page is for registration users with her/his pictures
another page is for edit their information,
in this page I cant show their image into image control for edit

I can save image binary into database, but for fetch it,I have problem

I saved picture in another page with handller,
above codes are belong to edit page is for edit information and picture.
I ger key from textbox25, for show information to me,
