i tried it, here is the code i used.
Dim commentToolTip As New ToolTip()
commentToolTip.ToolTipTitle = "Comment"
commentToolTip.UseFading = True
commentToolTip.UseAnimation = True
commentToolTip.IsBalloon = True
commentToolTip.ShowAlways = True
commentToolTip.AutoPopDelay = 5000
commentToolTip.InitialDelay = 1000
commentToolTip.ReshowDelay = 500
commentToolTip.SetToolTip(dgvProduction(GetX, GetY), GetComment)
GetX and GetY are sub to get the datagrid cell address.
The GetComment is a function to get the comment/text in the database.
Now, i'm getting an error in the SetToolTip part. It's says about casting the datagridview into forms.control. I don't know how to fixed it and i can't also find a way to fixed it.

Yeah I tried it, but it will only print the 1st day. Example, if i choose January to February it will only print January 1 - 31 and February 1. The output should be January 1 - 31 and February 1 - 28/29. How will i fix that? By the way I'm using UpDown of DateTimePicker.

Here is the code
Public Sub SetDate2()
Dim Mon As Integer = DateTimePicker1.Value.Month
Dim Yr As Integer = DateTimePicker1.Value.Year
Dim Days As Integer = System.DateTime.DaysInMonth(Yr, Mon)
Try
DateTimePicker2.MinDate = New DateTime(Yr, Mon, Days)
DateTimePicker2.MaxDate = DateTimePicker2.MinDate.AddMonths(5)
Catch ex As Exception
MessageBox.Show(ex.ToString)
End Try
End Sub
I chose January in DateTimePicker1 then when i tried to choose February in the DateTimePicker2 the error comes out.

Actually, that's what I'm using.
This is the error "ArgumentOutOfRangeException was unhandled : Year, Month and Day parameters describe an un-representable DateTime"
I think it has something to do with the number of days in a month. Because the error comes whenever i used months that has 31 days, as well as the 28/29.

If i choose August the range of the other DateTimePicker should be September To January of the next year. How will i do that? The code i have right now is printing September, October, November, December and March of the next year. I'm running out of ideas how to fix it. Maybe you could give me some ideas?

Mr. Haugland,
Thanks for the answer but the error is still there. I think it's because of the DateTimePicker in the @EstCompetionTime but i don't now how to fix it.
