Can you show us your piece of code ? you can try remote validation its server side validation using data Annotation if you are using MVC

Your Question is not clear but why you are casting Guid here If its already in Guid format
Guid userId = (Guid)user.ProviderUserKey;
Guid userId = user.ProviderUserKey;

Please don't save user information specially username & password in textfile. Its not recommended and you can use Sqlite.

Never add query inside loop it will effect the performance.If you have two tables then you can use join on Allocation table to get the relevant result once and pass it to view using view model.
