But i must use asp not asp.net..And as per my need i have to do it on client side...i give you a example
EXAMPLE:-
suppose i took input of brand names from users and that brand names i stored in database now i want that brand names from database to asp page and again i want to display that brnad name on another html page which i fetched from database ....!

i also tries this idea but i need code in asp (scripting language ) not in asp.net..!!
In asp.net there was a ready made control for this in asp scripting that was not there...!!

when i gave id in targetcontrolid="button1" then extender remove from the panel if we want to apply extender to the panel then in both popupcontrolid & targetcontrolid we have to give id i.e panel1...!!! now what is a solution???
