thanks for the reply. But a small issue. Since I'm fetching count1 using count function, when I use SUM(count1), an error is generating "Cannot perform an aggregate function on an expression containing an aggregate or a subquery."

Actually the data is stored in local machine. So how can we access that data to web application? The web application will be used by different clients. As a result the local data will also change...

Thanks for quick response.
My report has columns like name,addresscolumn,order no,CustomerEmails etc. My testing team will be placing test orders. Right now all test orders orders come in this report. So I need to avoid those test data. I have a option that to check a condition: where CustomerEmails not like ('_@mycmpny.com'). But 1 email id YYYY@mycmpny.com has to come in the report. At this point I got stuck. How to include this particular email and exclude all other emails with same domain.

Actually one of the columns which stores address details is creating the trouble. The complete address is stored in a single field. The values depends on how the customer enters into it. It can have comma or space.
