by mistake my procedure is deleted, now i want to recover that procedure,
How it is possible in mySql.

Solution 1

Hopefully you have a database backup.

If not, find out who wrote it originally, or who is responsible for the db maintenance and see if they have a copy of the code somewhere.

that is a common GridFIll procedure using all members,
if any other solution help me

The only suggestion I can make is that you should never, ever, ever delete anything without having a concrete way of restoring it first. I delete old redundant code all the time, but never without a solid backup in place first just in case.
