how to add Drag & Drop functionality to the GridView in Asp.Net

I need to design a control, to show the list of top priority items. The authorised users will then reset the priority in the list by dragging the rows up / down.

Is it possible to do in Asp.Net Gridview? If yes, can any one help me out?

Solution 1

You have to write a TON of javascript and you'd be better off not trying to make it work with a data bound control. I'd suggest you look to buy something instead of doing this.

I know that It may require lots of Javascript code, If I go with my knowledge. I am trying to explore any other mode, which other members know, which may simplify my work. Lest will explore the other method!!!!
