pop up my application on demand from the user

Hi....
I want to pop up my application on demand.I mean if the user wants the time interval to be 1 hr,it should open after 1 hr.The time should be configurable.Plz help.

Just get the config time and then have your app sleep until the timer expires. What is the difficulty?

Agreed. Hide your application and show it again when your timer triggers.
