how to connect computers through internet

i want to create an application which connects computers through internet,let's say it looks like hamachi and it creates vpn so the people can play games,transfer files,chat through internet , is there any tutorials ,projects, explanations about that ?

Start by reading about the TcpClient and UdpClient, and the corresponding server classes. These will form the lowest level managed layer for cross-computer communication. (Either TCP or UDP, generally, depending on what your scenario is.)
