how to insert label and image in samecell in DataGridview without painting event used

I am currently using DataGridview. My requirement is insert two labels and one image in DataGridview in same cell.

The cell structure look like

Label2

Make a usercontrol that hold these 3 fields and load the user control in the DataGridView
