ThankQ for yor reply.Without any Settings is it possible?bcoz i want to run this excel in number of systems,changing settings in each and every system is not good..

The only one way to do this is to change registry option ;)

Normal security - you can choose which file is opened with macros:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Excel\Security]<br />
"Level"=dword:00000002<br />

High security - any file is opened with option: disable macros

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Excel\Security]<br />
"Level"=dword:00000004
