API for index server listener

Hi,

Im new to index server and right now i'm using it to index DICOM files in my system. But i also need to convert these dicom files into text files when there is any change/modification/rename/addition in the DICOM files. I wanted to know how i could do that in c#?whether there are any APIs available for me to do so? Thanks!

Hi Mehdi,
Yes i'm actually looking to query the attributes. Im looking to perform an attribute level search. In the code you mentioned, im not sure where they are storing the attributes. Also,without indexing, the seach can get rather slow right?
