compare one row with other of the same column of an excel sheet

say i have a column name (PF_NO) in the excel sheet which has 100 rows

now i want to take the first row and check with the other 99 rows if there is any
duplication exists.
if exists then report an error
the same way for the other rows also..

Help me...

i want to do this in excel i want to do it using c#,asp.net
more than that i don't exactly know what kind of duplication
it will be dynamic

Read the sheet in one of the many components for excel and they usually give you a dataset which you can query from.
