i hav a windoes CE 6.0 device-touch screen device . i hav a requirement such that when i write some thing on the screen it should save that text which i have written ..please any one help me..thanx in advance..

No. You must use the SDK to do handwriting recognition. There is no way anyone is going to give you the VERY complex code to do this yourself. There are no tutorials to do it either. This stuff is still in the domain of research papers that I doubt you will understand.
