Jscript Error..... ;)

i am getting following error on the page in my master i have asp:toolkitscriptmanager and its scriptmode is set to release mode, but then also following error occurs.

Microsoft JScript runtime error: Sys.ArgumentTypeException: Object of type 'Sys._Application' cannot be converted to type 'Sys._Application'.
Parameter name: instance

any kind of help is appreciated....

Wow! You screw up pretty well. But how anyone can see where did you screw up without your code. Do you think we are connected to your hard disk? No, only one expert used to be, but he is probably on vacation :-)

I cant post the code, i knw it wud b better.... but i did tried the web.config by adding the ajax related references... and also in my master page.. i have Jquery registered... did anyone of u faced the same problem????? what wud u guys suggest on the same....
