Get Path of the Image saved in Client machine

Hi .... I want to get the path of the Image which is saved in Client Machine. I know the Path and the file name of the Image. By using FileUpload i can do but without using fileupload is that possible to get the path of the file.

Please help me with this.....

Solution 1

you can put empty string as the image folder path in the config file. If the application gets an empty string for the image path, it popup a dialog to let users choose correct image path on their computers.

yes i can do that.But problem is they are scanning the image and keeping in particular folder by employeeid.Once in my application if they select the employeeid and click and save the scanned image has to get saved. this is an web application
