Installating in default path

I am trying to install my set up project. During installation i Deleted the path where the application should be installed. and then clicked next & finish.
The installation was done in the C:\\Program File\\xx

The Problem is when we are passing an empty string it should alert the user in a way like Select the path or it will install in a default path

Solution 1

may be the "Manufacturer" Property will helps you..,

Normally when you preparing setup for a project. it will take
"c:\Program Files\<manufacturer>\".
Set the Manufacturer property , build the project.

i am already set the manufacturer property.
it's installing in that path.
but if i am passing the empty string also it's installing in that default path.
it should give a msg the path is empty. it's not giving for that we need to cutiomize dialog ?.
