how to capture a thumbnail from a .flv video?

hi all,

I am creating a website similar to youtube,
so I have uploaded all the videos into a folder named videos,
which are not youtube videos, so now i want to get a thumbnail of that
corresponding videos, can any one help me with c# code
to get thumbnails for my videos..

no the code is just running, but no image is generating..
