How to send sms using GSM modem

I connected a mobile with system .Using s sms sending application in C# can send sms to any numbers. But now I need a additional facility as when we call to this connected mobile , sms also send to this number. There for How can we fetch this phone number to application.

Not Same Question. Already I posted question was How to send sms using GSM Modem. I got solution for this. But now is how can we identify phone number when call to system connected mobile phone (like GSM Modem)
