insert,delete and update data from datagrid in sqldatabase by vb.net

dear sir
there are some big problem for me to insert ,delete and update data from datagridview to sqldatabase not with textbox or any other controls. i want to do all operation by gridview control when ever i insert values in gridview row and click on button then these filled values in gridview will be saved in sqldatabase.
i was trying to do these code in vb.net
please some one give me full solution with vb code
