What? Logging onto a computer? Turning on a computer? Login page as in ASP.Net? What exactly are you trying to do?

with out this login authentication user cant use the system

copy the shortcut of exe to user's startup folder 
else
if you have created set up of project then in setup project add new folder of startup folder and add shortcut of exe in it
