How to make news bar ??

i need to know how to make news bar in windows application ??
like the bars in websites that contain link buttons by the news
and its moving and when you click on one it show you the details
but i want to make it in windows application ... thank you ??

Try Googling "RSS feed" or "RSS news", I'm sure you will find lots of useful hits, possibly including some CodeProject articles.
