It is easy to create paramenter in SSRS.
Let try this:
Normal query:
Select * from Orders where OrderID > 10248
. That is static condition.
you change the query as
Select * from Orders where OrderID > @orderidFilter
The parameter
@orderidFilter will be generated automatic.
You click prevew report in SSRS. The textbox will be displayed and map to condition of query statement. you can input 10248, 10249 ... and enter. you can see the result
