Out of memory exception while uploading in ftp

I get Out of memory exception while uploading file to ftp. Getting error when I upload large files like 1 GB and more than that.

Can any 1 help in this,
I do not know whether the details provided is enough

Thanks a lot thatraja. The same thing i asked thank you. I too read the file as text using StreamReader and then convert back to binary.

the thing is I couldn't convert the code to VB.net code :-(

thank you thatraja :) here i converted the code and tested. It copies files without content when i try to open copied file it shows file is corrupted or invalid or empty :(
