how to deploy database application?

Hello,

I have developed a simple windows application to generate a quotation and print it.
I'm using .NET 3.5, C# and MSSQL2005 with crystal reports.

Now, I want to deploy my application which includes my database. My client doesnt have any sql server running on his machine.
I want to know how to create a setup with the database and crystal reports assemblies!

Please help me.
