so what should i do to make my software run on different machine created on vb.net?

You should install .NET framework in client machine

At least, you have to tell us what that "not work properly on another machine" means. Does it not start at all? Do you get sme errors when running the program? What's the error message? etc.

Are you kidding?? How the hell are we supposed to answer this question considering you haven't given us ANYTHING AT ALL to work with??

We've got no details on the application, how it works, what it's supposed to be doing, what it is doing, what any error messages are, ..., ..., ..., NOTHING.
