There are different ways you can do this.

that reflects the XML structure.

If you load the XML file in Visual Studio, you can auto create a DataSet using the XML menu.
* You can use XML LINQ.

If you explore the classes

XAttribute
etc. you will find many examples in MSDN.
Then of course you need to create an SQL query in order to get the data from the database.
