I have a question about Crowd Server (Server Cluster?):
How can I realize a Crowd Server with C# or do I need a dev. language?

I think that you might need to define what you mean by 'server crowds'. There doesn't seem to be a definition of the term on the internet (that I could find, anyway).

The nearest I could see was 'Crowd Server'. Was that what you meant?

If you are asking about a crowd server
http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CROWD/Crowd+Documentation[^] - that's a java centric technology, and I haven't seen it used outside the java community - but then I'm not an expert on crowd :)

You're better off checking out the Atlassian product documentation[^]
