sips world line payment integration error

hi everybody,
recently i implemented payment gateway using sips worldline my code is successfully in test mode when i am using live keys it shows error so please help me in this ....even i contact with the customer care he said that php code is running successfully and he doesnt help me in .net so anyone please help me in this regard.

i used this code only

If the code doesn't work with the live keys then that suggests an issue with the payment provider. Seeing as you haven't said what the error you're getting is it's impossible to give any advice, it's like phoning the garage and saying "my car doesn't work, how do I fix it?"

i got this error "An error has occurred. Please contact your merchant." i am using same code which i mentioned in given url even though i got this error now please help me

We cannot help you. The error message tells you to contact your merchant. They are the ones who can help you. We can't see why your code does not work. They can. You need to ask to speak to someone who can actually help you.

i dont know and dont have idea who can help me and customer care simply saying php code is running successfully and they dont have .net code then how could i fix this error

There is .net code in the pdf you posted. However I agree with haisamthosh in that this looks like something you'll need the payment firm's help with. They should be able to examine the requests you're making and tell you what is wrong with them. However if you are asking them for help the same way you ask for help here (saying your code has an error but not saying what the error is) they are unlikely to offer you anything. Be specific and detailed when you contact them for support.

They can tell you what the error is. You said your code works fine in test mode but using live keys it doesn't. They need to help you.
