im trying use Vehicle GPS tracker or any other way. i dont know any more than this method! trying to use google maps.

You really cannot expect a sensible response from such a vague requirement. You first need to decide what devices you are going to install in your vehicles and study the documentation that comes with them. Until you have that information you are not going to make any progress.

No. I have no idea what GPS tracker you are using, how it communicates with you (do you have a receiver to get the data from the tracker?).
But the main idea is that you have a central computer, that communicates with the GPS tracking devices and stores the data in a database accessible by the web application too...

ok i can use a central computer. but i only problem is how to communicate with the device. also i think if i can develop a android app to run background and track the phone. do you know any idea about it?
