Given that I answered one of your hosting company issue questions previously...if your hosting company is truly this incompetent then you need to evaluate different hosting companies that can suit your needs.

Think of it this way, you are trying to force a square peg through a round hole. At some point you need to realize it isn't going to work.
If you are having this many issues, look for a hosting company that specializes in Microsoft products (because a lot are more on the linux side of hosting or specialize in that and support windows when they need to).
But alas, the answer to this question. Your errors are configuration issues related to your hosting company. Regardless of what they are saying, the issues you are having are not code issues they are server/application configuration based problems. Only your hosting company can help you with this, see my above statements.
A simple google search of something along the lines of microsoft certified hosts or hosted crystal reports or something like that may be what you need to look into.
If that can't be done for whatever reason, then its time to evaluate if crystal reports, on your current host, is the right way to go.
Something has to give, either use current host and something other than crystal reports, or you use a different host and crystal reports. Obviously your current host and crystal reports isn't working and there is nothing that we, people on a forum with nothing to do with your hosting provider, can do to help you.
