I want to make e newspaper publication app in which i want to upload a big size image of newspaper and want to clipping that so anybody can read easily i searched and tried so much but when i crop an image the quality of cropped image is too bad and unable to read please help.

What I have tried:

I want to upload such as:

There is no way to automate that process: what you would need to do is complicated, and would start with OCR of the page, then identify the headlines, extract them, and finally build a new image from that.

Do bear in mind that you will probably have copyright problems with this: newspapers are generally subject to copyright and (without explicit permission) you probably do not have permission to do this. Which may mean nasty letters from expensive solicitors or worse...

I know the copyright problem sir but i want technical help that i upload an big image using backend and want to crop in small parts according to news and when on front end while i am click on that particular portion then it should open in big and clear format. like the above links.

You are aware of a copyright problem and you still want to proceed?
I cannot help you: we do not get involved in theft in any way, shape, or form - and that is what you are trying to automate; the theft of material from its authors.
