Not likely, since it's already in a directory.
It probably has more to do with the content of the article. An article about getting around a blocking firewall being blocked?? How ironic...

As you see this article is about passing the web filtering mechanisms. So they might have problem with hole article and tool discussed in it.
He says that just the http://www.codeproject.com/useritems/asproxy.asp address blocked but other codeproject pages is unblock.
So if you move this article to "aspnet" directory i think it might be unblock
I will try to remove friction words from the article.

I'm quite sure the directory the article is in is not the problem.
It's entirely possible their firewall is kicking the request based on content.

Absolutely no! In this case it seems just that url is blocked and other pages is unblocked.
Man, i worked with all these mechanisms(if no, how did i wrote anonymouser?) and in this case
just one url of codeproject pages is in black list.
After all take it easy.
I want to know why the article is still marked as "unedited reader contribution" with points of "Popularity: 6.32. Rating: 4.16 out of 5" ?
I saw topics with rating 1 and popularity 2 that was edited.
Thanks for your time.

I would say, a CP-editor should also see this article at an earliest lest some system administrator somewhere should not view CP as a website holding content supporting hackers. On that perspective, I think this issue assumes mammoth importance.

The subject of the article itself says 'without government filtering '. I think hence the system administrators there are viewing it with suspicion on it whether it is a hacking tool to bypass the security practices in place.

Ok. I changed the subject (and a little change in article word dictionary) and i hope it affects (especially the minds).

The article seems to be good, at least from the learner's perspective, though implementation on a large scale involves a lot of other non-technical legal and copyright etc procedures. Isn't it?
Nevertheless, there are a few suggestions I have put over there with respect to Access Control, Bandwidth Throttle etc.

Don't know! may be!
I think it shouldn't has any problem. According to the license agreement there is no warranty of any kind of use.

I just noticed than when it's the drop-down list for chosing a forum I did not see Mobile. Can this be added?

Most forum lists show 30 forums, the drop down lists only 24 of them.

this weeks tips:
- make Visual display line numbers: Tools/Options/TextEditor/...
- show exceptions with ToString() to see all information
- before you ask a question here, search CodeProject, then Google

I don't want to have too many forums in that list - just the most popular. Maybe I should have it be generated dynamically based on the forums de jour (or de mois)

What do you think about that?
A forum where people would post only post jokes, where "Reply" would be disabled and they will receive votes depending on how good the jokes are.

Lounge does have regular JOTD posts. A bit aggressive jokes are also seen in Soapbox.
