Yes, but you had posted your previous message 3 hours back (which is after 9am IST), by then which the reputation was already updated.

The previous message is about WRONG calculation of Participation reputation which still exists. And that is not caching for sure.
Rest all are restored. You can check the calculation as per Reputation FAQ for verification sake.

I only read code that is properly formatted, adding PRE tags is the easiest way to obtain that. All Toronto weekends should be extremely wet until we get it automated in regular forums, not just QA.

Same here. I've had mine move from about 5,000 to 130.

The historical data is scanned again, in chronological order.
The same just happened yesterday to fix a bug I noticed influencing this year's contributions, resulting in more participation and debator points.
You can enjoy the show by refreshing CG's rep graph once a minute or so; it'll take a couple of hours!

And now the debator points, growing stronger than ever, have suddenly disappeared???
[EDIT]
And they are back...

my total rep grew 25% with no effort from my side, why still write articles and messages? Luc Pattyn [Forum Guidelines] [Why QA sucks] [My Articles]

There weren't many posts, so I've mostly been watching the hamsters work very hard. Which is fine for a Sunday...

I think the following needs to be done:-
1. Original Author of that message still sees the message, in other words he still thinks that the message exists. Seeing “Message is Removed” seems to give trolls more food to troll.
2. Other users should not see that message, may be it can be a setting in the profile (don’t show me removed messages/threads)
|
|

I totally agree with your point #1. This has been suggested in the past (by me and others) several times.
As for #2, I think seeing "message automatically removed" serves as a notice to all that the poster should be monitored for any recurrent objectionable posts. I'm always willing to give someone the benefit of a doubt, but not when it happens two or three times.

We made a recent change that now allows us to do this. I'll bump up this a little to get it done faster.
However, it will only work for newer (last couple of months) messages, not all messages.cheers,

I thought I'd mention that after the latest changes, rep points in the quick answers section and reputation graph are not matching.Me, I'm dishonest. And a dishonest man you can always trust to be dishonest. Honestly. It's the honest ones you want to watch out for...

Hi,
Is it possible to have Email Notification for Quick Answer section as well, just like the Normal Message Boards. It is very easy for us to browse through email notifications for the questions that I have answered.

The reputation type "Discussion Forum Message Upvoted" can only have a maximum of 10 events per day.
Is that correct? There are times when a message can get more than 10 votes - so is there a limit to the number of votes a message can receive?Me, I'm dishonest. And a dishonest man you can always trust to be dishonest. Honestly. It's the honest ones you want to watch out for...

Sometime this afternoon, my reputation points went from over 30,000 to just over 11,000.
Has there been a bloody coup?
BTW, I checked Christian's as well, and his dropped to 90,000.
It looks like we lost our scores for most of 2008, and all of 2009..45 ACP - because shooting twice is just silly ----- "Why don't you tie a kerosene-soaked rag around your ankles so the ants won't climb up and eat your candy ass..." - Dale Earnhardt, 1997 ----- "The staggering layers of obscenity in your statement make it a work of art on so many levels." - J.
