That is called title case. You Only Uppercase Some of the Words.

...does that user's votes also go away? The reason I'm asking is because three of my articles suddenly have one fewer vote (and my article scores went up as a result), and I'm guessing it's because that person's account was deleted.

Not necessarily - nor do we have to ban a member to remove their votes, if their voting behaviour shows malicious intent.

Sometime on the 9th the from line of messages I got changed from "The Code Project forums" to "Forums". Was this an intentional change? I strongly preferred the old version because it was less ambiguous.

Is this by design? I have not excercised the option, so i have no clue if i can actually vote. But the vote thingy does appear on the page.

But why? We can't vote for our own messages. How come we can vote for our articles?

It's always been that way. I'm not sure why, though it may be some kind of 'insurance' mechanism so if the first vote is a random univote the article doesn't immediately disappear (by default articles < 3 are hidden from the list) and never see the light of day.

Down at the bottom is the grade levels for each section.
Under "Enquirer" the Bronze award makes you an Inquirer, rather than an Enquirer.
