I still don't know where it is getting wrong. I verified the setting and there it is corrcet i.e. mail notification to be sent if someone reply to my message.
I think only option left is to change the mail ID itself.

Based on some more recent posts in this forum, it looks like they still have some issues to work out. Others are also not getting notifications.

Yeah, Finally it seems to be working now. I just got a notification from the Chris's reply from the same thread. Thanks for helping me in sorting out this issue.

Yeah, but it's an edited article. Usually CP editors download external images, re-upload them on CP, and then change the IMG tags to use the internal links.

Good catch, I'm on it

Thanks Sean. You will probably need to mail the author and ask him to send you the images.

When you use the search box to search for a message containing a certain text, the results are presented in a list showing e.g. Subject, Poster Name, Date, Forum and a part of the text posted!
I would really like to see a similar design on the "My Messages" list. As it is now, it shows the Subject, Poster Name, Date, Forum - but NOTHING that gives you an indication of what it was you wrote. For that, you have to open the actual reply/thread to see it.
It would be helpful - when you need to find a certain post you have made if some of the message text was also shown.
Plus, you might have posted several replies in one thread, one reply has gotten a 1-vote and one reply a 5-vote. In that case, it would be interesting if you could see right off which reply was which - instead of having to open them individually...
Just a thought...

Hi There,
I tried to submit an article "CustomDictionary" but in the last step of the Wizard I got an IO error message... I tried to update the article and I got the message saying Status of the article is "Deleted" so cannot be updated!!! and now when I try to create it again I get the follwoing message:
"The basename you chose already exists in the section you wish to post your article. (The article using the basename you chose may not be viewable on this site or with your current site filter). Please choose a different basename".
I am wondering if you are able to change the status of the this article so I can publish it.
Cheers

Can only the OP mark a response as answer? Or can other people do this too?
I am a tad surprised by how a few insult-responses have got marked as answer.

Maybe the OP thought it was humourous.

That's what prompted this thread but it's something I've noticed earlier too (and not just once or twice). I wonder if there are people trolling there who post intentionally dumb questions, wait for insult-responses, and then mark those as answer.

Maybe the OP is really as clueless as his question indicates...

He is, he has just re-asked the same question, but in a less concise and intelligent way than what Nish edited the first one to read.

Is that marked as an answer, or just a background color change due to higher votes ? It should have green curve border if marked as an answer.
