Each month we put up the survey at least a week after the end of the previous month. The reason for this is "fair play;" articles posted later in the month won't have as many votes as articles posted earlier in the month, and they deserve the same opportunity for accolades and prizes.
Thanks,

Further to the other posts scattered around the place, here is my tuppence worth.
1) Thanks for nullifying my next CP article, i was researching script injection for my chrome extension to do this, but now
2) I think the current information portrayed is the bit that lets the feature down. I quite often go to a members profile to see how long they have been a member and what rep they are carrying in the various categories, and based on the information may alter my post accordingly (e.g sarcasm level, or helpfulness level) .
I would find it more useful just to have the key categories and member duration in a simple list, thinking more the Article Count, Message Count, Author Rep, Authority Rep etc.
Cheers,

I think you need to add more (as Dave says) and also get rid of the picture - it takes up too much real estate.

Don't be, I should have been quicker off the mark! I'll maybe still do it, just as a learning exercise.

See here. Note that my answer has the most 5-votes and is an accepted answer. There are some answers that have no votes. For some reason, my answer is at the bottom of the list. Seems like a bug.

It was sorting by the date that answers were accepted. I've changed this to sort by whether or not an answer is an "accepted answer", and then by rating.
Entries are cached, so changes may take a few minutes to propagate.

Looks like you were doing some testing:
4 Apr 2011 1:17 PM Answer Accepted (undo) Authority Article C++ or C# in calculations -25
4 Apr 2011 1:17 PM Answer Accepted Authority Article C++ or C# in calculations 25
4 Apr 2011 1:10 PM Answer Accepted (undo) Authority Article C++ or C# in calculations -25
I can haz reputation points back?
Otherwise, looks good.

The person asked for an opinion which means there can, by definition, be now correct answer (or, alternatively, every answer is correct - but I prefer to accepted answers be the definitive answer)

Any change now? I re-accepted the answers.

It doesn't go away unless you mouse over someone else's ID, and then it doesn't go away until... I think you get the idea. It does go away if you go to another page, but only until you hover another user ID.

Beta testing...
Works fine on Firefox 4.0 (Windows 7 / Windows XP)
Works fine on IE 8 (windows XP)
Works fine on IE 9 (Windows 7) (actually superfast than firefox)
And please add a comma (,) in the Reputation Points.

Also, as you mentioned it, I think it is too 'flicky' when you are mousing around.
A short delay should stop it from being annoying.
Try going to your name at the top right and get a piccy up and you are annoyed.

Less than useless. it actively interferes with voting. I wanted to give your post a 5, but the viting link was blocked by someone's picture.
This feature should be optional; preferably opt in.

Yes - this is due to an issue with jQuery so I've made the pop-up optional. My Settings -> Forums.

I just noticed that if you mouse over a user icon in the forum it creates a object showing their profile picture over the forum. This was incredibly obnoxious when intelitext came up with the idea, and is just as horrid when anyone else steals it from the cess pit where it was cast.
Is there a switch to turn it off, or do I need to start using ABP to prune the sites DOM of blight?

It's been turned off by default, and enable under the "Forums" tab of your settings page.

Just when into my profile and clicked Comments[^], when I noticed the title for the page is missing. It just displays the URL in the titlebar instead.
