hello Chris,
I read a message in Members Profiles -> Reputation Tab
Originally an author received 5 points for each download of their article's zip. This has been reduced to 1 in order to ensure that download points don't unduly outweigh other forms of Author contributions. This may result in a reduction in author points for some.
so, my question is how we lost Author reputation point from tips and tricks unless there is not "Download" option.

yeah! me too loose 100 author point

Check the message on the rep graph.
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.

yeah! I read that take a look my question to Chris at above thread.

How long was you a member when you reached 50k?

I think I reached that on last May.

While saving after changes, it's showing message
There was an internal error creating the item.

Just finishing up a new code deploy. Last stored proc updated and you should be back in business.

Actually this is an open suggestion. My Settings -> Site Filter -> Topics I'm interested in .
Multiline TextBox is more appropriate Than Single Line TextBox.

I prefer a single line.

If single line is ok then make it elastic to grow and shrink to fit it’s content.

OR better use Facebook Style Input Box.

I think that Platinum members who have been active for > 1 year should be able to vote to move a Lounge post to either the Soapbox or Backroom. This would work just like reporting does already. I make this suggestion because it would enable the community keep the Lounge somewhat "clean".
Just a thought.

Surely it's a nice feature.

Cool, a new kind of war: the "move-my-post" battle.
Or, to state it clearly, I don't think this is a necessary feature, the way it works today is OK.

So you think that "all" the posts in the Lounge belong there? You don't think "any" of the posts would be better off in the Soapbox or the Backroom?
All I am proposing is that regular, active members (meeting some kind of criteria) vote (lets say 5 or 7 votes) to move a post to a more appropriate location...not to remove the post. I don't think this would cause a "war" or a "battle" of any kind. It wouldn't be the will of one person but rather the will of the community.

You got me wrong, I meant the way the moderation is working today is sufficient. The war I am talking about would be one of keeping moving posts from one forum to another, aso...

I am saying that it is not working. There are a lot of posts in the Lounge as of late that do not belong there. They belong in the Soapbox or Backroom. IMHO, the moderation is not working well.
I think the community needs to be the ones who moderate the Lounge.

If this were to be implemented, I'd insist that it be longer than a just 1 year.

Not a good idea, Platinum status can be achieved by people who often don't abide by the rules, or generally accepted practice, and could therefore use such power for malicious purposes.
The best things in life are not things.

Minimum Post Number as well, as, generally, these people will be around long enough to have not made a complete arse of themselves.
Suggest - Platinum Status, 10K posts, 3 years Membership.
That would cover enough people to police the site whilst winnowing out those that may abuse the power.

Half way there in terms of time, and by then the 10K post will be made, I'm sure.
