No, just substandard UI. After voting, the vote form is replaced with the item's rating. We need to update it so it's replaced with a fresh voting form that will allow you to immediately re-vote instead of forcing you to reload the page.

Ok, makes sense... not a big deal, just a bit confusing.

We need to have annual special days on CP.
For example, how about December 1st be a "Post an Actual Picture of Yourself" Day? Half the profile pictures on CP are either funny or scary.

Who says the Actual Photos won't be just as scary or funny ?

The picture in my profile is me, and I happen to know that JSOP really does look like that. As for Nish, he's really Amish.

How about on, April 1, a special 24 hour only forum opens up where you can post pictures of what you imagine other CP members look like, perhaps limited in size to under 128k, .jpg, .png, .gif ?
best, Bill

I was thinking of impersonating other Code Project members with my profile picture. So I'd take a funky almost upside down picture of myself for Christian Graus. And I'd take a picture with a cat for Oakman. For Chris Maunder, I'd shave my head and stand next to a bike. For Pete, I'd have to age 800 years and paint myself green.

Just like a couple of days ago, I got a 5 for an article and my average lowered from 4.67 to 4.63. Can someone, please check what is going on?
The article's URL is MVVM Pattern Made Simple[^]

Hi Nick,
I think you got a 4 and then a 5. The votes are weighted to favour higher level members. So a platinum-level will count and affect a vote more than a bronze level.
Thanks,

Hi Sean,
based on the recent score history, it seems like the time before last my article was upvoted on Nov 19th. If I remember correctly, yesterday the score showed 4.67. Today there happened just one extra vote and it was 5 (my number of fives has increased), yet the article's score went down.
Can you please, check?
Thanks
Nick Polyak
