I'm not sure whether we need another forum for Bitmap and graphics. The language forums pretty much cover any code relating to displaying graphics and the general discussions forum is useful for questions on drawing tools and finding free bitmaps on the web.
What kind of discussion on Bitmaps and graphics are you wanting?

There should be a separate discussion forum for Bitmaps and graphics.
I'll be grateful we could have one as early as possible
Thanks

I changed my picture a few weeks ago. It worked but I just noticed it went back to the old one. So I tried to change it again. It doesn't accept the picture even though it's well below the limits (11.4 KB and 150 X 132)

I noticed that when I did a search on the word "font", I got back hits for all the posts that have html sigs with "font" in them. Not very helpful! Thanks!

Yeah, I guess you're right, but doesn't help me. Maybe if I could search using exact phrases and other modifiers (hint, hint) that would help to get back applicable hits. Thanks!

It would cool if the front page showed you the survey resutls once you've voted. Every time you come back it automatically shows you the results instead of the survey options.

Great idea. Just a little worried about the extra load on the homepage.

Would also be cool if the survey results in the weekly email were sorted...

In which order? Alphabetically? Ascending vote order?

Ascending vote order

Since about a month or so, occasionally my 50 messages setting is reset to the default 25. That is pretty annoying

I have the same problem. Not only my message setting is reset, but also my noise level ...
But, are there really bugs on CP?

Yeah, thanks for reminding me to set the noise level too
Bugs? No, CP does not have bugs, in Australia and Canada they call them TLI (Todo List Items)

Considering it's lineage, of course CP has bugs. Big, black, hairy scary ones that carry off livestock
(But I do like the 'TLI' euphamism )

Couldn't say whether this is it in your case or not, but a long-standing issue with CP is that if you get a link to a post by just copying it out of the address bar (instead of using the "get link" link), the link will also contain the view settings in effect, thus changing them for anyone who clicks on the link.

Damn, it happened again and it was not a link to a message. Just clicking on the "Lounge" link top-right and bang - there it goes.
