Look at the Revisions[^] of your article. At the first version, you still see 'Pending', but the second version is edited/approved by Smitha Vijayan. Platinum Authors (and some member types such as Editor) have the option "Mark this article as updated?" This is checked by default, and if I would create a new article, I should uncheck it, otherwise my article would be marked as updated. If your article was approved before editing, it would be marked as new, because (I think) you don't see this option.
So, I think the reason is very simple: Smitha edited your article, but forgot to uncheck this option (which looks logical in my opinion, if I would edit an article before publishing, I could also forget to uncheck this option).
Don't shoot me if I'm wrong, but this could be a reason.

Hi Chris,
I don't know if it is happening with everyone or not, but in my case when I click on "Last" link in Reputation History Page, it shows a blank page with no contents.
Thanks,

Can we have our power to delete a question or answer in Q&A back? It was a mess in Q&A this weekend[^]. If not high rep based, can it be distributed to few more hand picked members? (By distributing more protector badges...)

I agree, I used to be able to do it but it now seems only editors and protectors have such power.

Do you want the power to delete, or do you not want to see items that are closed?
The power to delete was being abused.

Since having few more with delete power would help, can you provide that to few you think should be okay?

If there are 1 or 2 abusing their power, how will giving it to even more help?
Questions and answers can and should be removed using the report mechanism. This is far safer for everyone involved.

Agreed in general but I have found the need for a 'report as duplicate' option which we don't currently have, to get duplicates, accidental and deliberate removed.

Agree. The current repbombing flags are unsuitable for use in various cleanup roles where the user was non-malicious and doesn't deserve to be penalized.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

I believe that has been changed. Red-flagging a question or answer in QA or even a message in the forums no longer results in reputation points being taken away from the poster.
As far as I understand, you should just go ahead and flag a reposted question or answer as a Repost.

It's customary to have a set of social media icons on a portfolio/blog that link to those respective sites. I wanted to add one to link to my profile on Code Project, but I wasn't sure if that is allowed since the TOS state:
Quote: 10. CODEPROJECT ELEMENTS
Permission to use Code or Documents does not include rights to copy or use the design or layout of CodeProject Web site or any other site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by CodeProject. Elements of CodeProject Web sites are protected by trade dress, trademark, unfair competition, and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. No logo, graphic, sound or image from CodeProject Web site or any site owned by CodeProject may be copied or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by CodeProject. [emphasis added]
The little green guy is pretty much the 'symbol' of Code Project, but, from the TOS it sounds as if we are not allowed to use it (even if it links back to Code Project)? Do you (or can you) provide 'official' icons that we are allowed to use?
Just want to clarify, so as to avoid any problems. Thanks!

Awesome, thanks! I figured you probably had something, just couldn't find it on the site.
