Hmmm. That doesn't fit with what I've seen before. Are you behind a corp firewall or do you have any anti-virus or adblocking software installed?
cheers

Yes to firewall/AV, but I don't think anything has been changed regarding either recently, and these problems have only been in play the past 2 days and only on codeproject. I'll check with our network guys, though and ask them if they see anything.
Also, if it was a firewall issue would it not be blocking many things from cdn.codeproject.com? It's literally just those two css files that are having an issue. Everything else from the cdn comes through just fine.

Is it still happening?

It is, but I haven't heard back from our network team yet.

Just as a follow up Chris, it is on our side. The response headers have a via: entry that stops at our net nanny router.

When an OP posts a new question and someone (resolver) tries to post a comment/query for that question.
The Reply button is visible only when they hover on that particular line item.
because of this, the OP is not clicking the Reply button to reply a message to the particular user (resolver). So the User is not getting notified for any new message. Most of the case the OP is using Have a Question or Comments? button.
So i would like to suggest the CodeProject Team to make the Reply button legible and highlight without hovering on it.
Thanks
Karthik

Sir,
I have been utilizing the facilities of this site for about six months. I have got answers to all of my questions from this site Thank you sir. Now I could see a separate field for asking questions named "what you have tried?" In this field I could not add code tags like this
<pre lang="Python">
when I select the specific code tag e.g C . It only gets added in the field "Describe your problem" but never in the "what you have tried?" field. But even when I select my code and hit the code tags it doesn't work.
But I could manually type code tag and make it work but I feel it would be better if the code tag works.
Thank you sir for your time

This is on the "Open Items" list on the right side of the page - which means it's in the queue to be added in the near future: Bugs and Suggestions - CodeProject[^]

You forgot to point out that everyone who cares about this needs to "up vote" that Bugs and Suggestions - CodeProject[^] posting in order to move it up in the queue of things to be done!
The issue "ahead" of it has been in the queue for nearly 3 years!
And the first item in Open Items is about a year and a half.
That does not make a solution to this appear likely to be anytime soon....
(If only I could up vote it a dozen or so more times!)

(AFAIK) The current system for article moderation lets an article through with 10 approvals but to stop it it takes 10 reports of the same kind. So 9 reports for spam/abuse plus 9 reports for <something else> won't suffice to stop it.
I think this should be changed so that 10 reports of any kind will stop an article from being published, or maybe some middle ground, but not 10 reports of the same kind. The following two factors lead to garbage submissions being approved so that they have to be re-reported both as posts in the S&A forum and as report-clicks on the submission in the queue: 1) There are evidently several members approving any garbage without giving it a thought, and 2) often it isn't obvious for which reason a submission should be reported so that reports don't "line up" even if originating from a post in the S&A forum. I thought about suggesting that article reports should include the suggested report option but, realistically, I don't think that would work consistently.

That's exactly why I suggested a couple of times to make partially visible to some selected people, who is approving an article. Maybe that way we can reduce the amount of blind approves.

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you

I have noticed quite a few times over the last few days that I will attempt to post a response to a post and CP will tell me that it has already posted. It hasn't. This is in the Soapbox where I thought it wasn't moderated. Sometimes they show up later, other times not at all.

That's weird, the rest of the URL was correct, the article ID was wrong. All fixed.
Thanks,

Yep, but as the rest is only relevant for SEO, the id is all that matters
I don't know how that happened, but thanks for fixing it!

I would like to see a dedicated place where members can exchange experiences with malware, especially new variants that are not yet detected by some anti-virus products.
