Which browser are you using? I'm still seeing the problem in Firefox, and I'm seeing the same behaviour in Chrome v78.

Google Chrome 78.0.3904.97, and it still shows the complete article. Are you sure it's not an adblocker issue?

Firefox 70.0.1 64-bits here. And all ad-blockers are deactivated for the whole CP site.

I just tried Firefox on my wife's system, and can also see the complete article there. This is quite weird.

All I can see in web console is this warning:
This site appears to use a scroll-linked positioning effect. This may not work well with asynchronous panning; see https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Mozilla/Performance/ScrollLinkedEffects for further details and to join the discussion on related tools and features!
All was well until today, and I did not update Firefox for more than one week now.

As I said, all ad-blockers and tracking protection is disabled for CodeProject.
It's not specific to an article; there's a different one in the queue now which has the same problem.
Looking at the page source, there's nothing in there other than the moderation form and the adverts.

And I can see all in the page source.

Maybe it's because you're a "protector"?

I wish I did.
I will soon.

I see the same problem, on three different computers and an iPad, running Firefox or Chrome.

Do the Chrome Dev Tools show any errors in the console?

No errors in Firefox (v70.0.1).
Firefox Developer edition (v71.0b11) shows two warnings, but no errors:
Quote:
This page uses the non standard property “zoom”. Consider using calc() in the relevant property values, or using “transform” along with “transform-origin: 0 0”.
Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://adservice.google.com/adsid/integrator.js?domain=www.codeproject.com”.
Chrome shows 12 warnings about the upcoming "SameSite" cookie change, but no errors:
Quote: A cookie associated with a cross-site resource at http://apps.developermedia.com/ was set without the `SameSite` attribute. A future release of Chrome will only deliver cookies with cross-site requests if they are set with `SameSite=None` and `Secure`. You can review cookies in developer tools under Application>Storage>Cookies and see more details at https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5088147346030592[^] and https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5633521622188032[^].
Chrome Canary (v80) shows the same cookie warning, but no errors.
Edge (v44) shows a CORS warning, but no errors:
Quote: SEC7139: [CORS] The origin 'https://www.codeproject.com' used the maximum Access-Control-Max-Age value of '1728000' as the provided value exceeded this for a cross-origin request to 'https://apps.developermedia.com/Ads/PageTerms/GetTerms'.
All five browser exhibit the same incorrect behaviour. All five browsers have all ad-blocking and tracking protection disabled for CodeProject.

Should be OK now. Please try again.

Indeed, I could see the contents of the three publications actually in the queue.
Thanks a lot.

What happened? Database malfunction?
What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?
The metaphorical solid rear-end expulsions have impacted the metaphorical motorized bladed rotating air movement mechanism.
Do questions with multiple question marks annoy you???

I don't know why... but your answer reminded me the signature of a CP User (don't remember who) "Nope, it was fixed, until we broke it"

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you
