The original thread here was closed by admins (who ever) "message closed" and showed again back without any comment. Sorry, a no go!

Your original account is still here for when you want to re-active it.
When an admin deletes a message that's a root message we generally delete the entire thread. It would be gone.
When a member marks a post as inappropriate or whatever, they close the message but not the thread.

I've sent an email confirmation request which will at least test whether you get emails from us. Let me know if you don't get it.

Another thing to check:
Go to the forum for your articles and hover over the "Email alerts" box:
Ensure you select the settings that work best for you

Hi Chris,
You are correct, it is the setting I was missing.

I didn't even know that there was a Moderator's Forum!

That used to be so, but now I have a link to it! But I noticed it seriously lacks activity, so you moderators must pass the day with your feet on your desks, drinking scotch.

But every time I click on it I get Hungry Hamsters ...

Now I see two messages ...

Yeah, I been bug introducing fixing all day.
It's been interesting, I'm on my 4th deploy of the day.

Just the fourth of the day? Then you would easily get along with my Build Stamp which is YYYYMMDD.[a..z]

That is basically what we do. Look at the bottom of the page on the right.

And how's that continuous delivery religion working for you?

Just wanted to say that I noticed that you appear to have fixed the reputation points history display so I don't have to refresh a thousand times to get it to populate. Many tanks to whoever got that done.

Hi,
I have tagged my blog category as CodeProject but somehow it is not getting pulled in. I have been trying from two weeks. Blog: Quick look into Machine Learning workflow
Everything is set. Last blog that I marked to be pulled was Word Ladder and was pulled in half a day timeframe. (So, all as a pipeline and settings are in place)
Thanks.

This article was updated the end of October, according to the feed data. If you just added the CodeProject tag, and since the feed was last updated on Nov 22, this blog entry is not considered new and would not be pulled.
You would have to update the date on the blog, at least in the feed data for this to get pulled.

hi, could you tell me how the rating is calculated ,is it calculated by these 'upvote' and 'downvote'?
|
|
|
|
|
|
Basically, yes.
But there are other factors that have relevance.
Votes from "high ranked" users have more weight in the "note".
Punctual deviations are not counted (i.e. 500 good versus 10 bad, then the 10 bad are probably to get ignored)
and some other things.

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you
Rating helpful answers is nice, but saying thanks can be even nicer.
