All new members with feminine names should be required to submit signed medical records attesting that they are indeed female. The same goes for names which are gender-neutral (i.e. Pat, Francis, Cecil), or are given a feminine appearance (Richard).

Of course that still won't be good enough for *some* people. They'll want naked photos of their private area, just to be absolutely sure. Then again *some* people might happily oblige.

C'mon Shog9 the real problem isn't female CPians or males posing as females. But the problem is the sexually frustated males who make a big thing about it due to ther own inadequacies.
I purposely don't reply to new females on the forums since I notice that when they make any statement at all they get unlimitted responses.
Consequently I'm on friendly terms with a couple of female CPians as you well know also. { And thats as far as it goes }.
I know one female and I suspect there are other females who pose as males because of this.
You are trying to treat the symptom and not the cause.

Males posing as females might be a bad thing, but then it's understandable that there will be members of the vast CP community with a little perversion. But what is not understandable is why everyone goes gagaga the moment someone with a sweet girl-nick posts stuff. Everyone knows that there is only a very very faint chance of the person being female. I don't see what's the fun in sweet-talking to a guy posing as a female!
