I think is a good idea
Greetings.

Sorry - just a little overwhelmed at the moment.
Good idea but I do worry about abuse. It's on the TODO.

Restricting it to platinum members would probably help alot on that front.

Hi Hans,

Actually No - I uploaded a newer zip file, so it did not occur to me that I would need to preview.

Actually I thought they are moving it from unedited to edited section, but that it is also not the case..
They will get it sorted out!!

Good Morning! I see we have invoked the shuffling of the forum list order again eh?
ForumList.Sort( OrderType.Shuffle);
Oh and missing once again is the Design forum. Could be more but that's what jumps out at me.
Last modified: after originally posted -- missing forums as well

... the last time the forum list got trashed I pointed out that this would've been something that should've been covered in the design documentation to make the fix (with unchanged layout) straitfoward.

It's nothing to do with a design document. It's a data entry issue

Hi Chris,
I too want a fixed order of forums in the table. I tend to know by heart where the
important ones are (important to me that is), but every other month a lot of them
move columns. Please stop this from happening. Here are two suggestions:
1.
Order them explicitly by some objective criterium, e.g. alphabetically or by decreasing
message count (and downwards first); that way they will seldom move, and when they move
it will be by just one (mostly vertical) position. Message count has the disadvantage
that some pairs may interchange rather frequently, it has the advantage new forums always
start at the bottom.
2.
give us the possibility to create our own table (user settings!) and show that instead of yours.
I would list only half of the forums, and the order would NEVER change unless I want it to.
I guess you will prefer 1 over 2 for load and effort reasons.

I do like those suggestions and will see if we can do it in a way that doesn't bring the server to its knees.
