Could we maybe get a generic "Reporting" forum... and a bit of code server-side to funnel all messages containing "Report" into it?

Looking at the source shows that article editor changes " to &quot;
You will find same behavior if you look at recently submitted articles.

Yep...this just happened to an article I just updated as well. Will we need to correct this once the bug is fixed?

I have been having the same problem. Grrr....
I felt like an idiot trying to post a an article and not being able to get the quotes to work properly. I'm glad it isn't my fault. I'll be happy when this is fixed.

Please add my vote to make this a priority. I've spent several hours over the past several days re-trying every formatting setting to "fix" my posts, thinking I had changed some setting somewhere. I'm getting e-mails from people who I've provided project links to, telling me about the problem...
I notice that the problem only seems to apply to newly-added or edited posts, and older articles still appear normal. The issue also doesn't apply to all quotes, and stand-alone quoted strings seem OK, so the quotes from one of my articles in the string below are fine.

but quotes in this other one, are not.
